Refunds and Cancellations
- We provide a 100% refund for our live courses if the request is raised before attending 2 live classes of the batch. After 2 classes, fees are not refundable under any circumstances.

Double Purchase
- In case of a double payment, due to any reason, you will get 100% of your money back. Usually our system automatically detects such transactions and refunds them. If for any reason the refund is not triggered, please reach us out at [email protected].

How to Request a Refund
To claim a refund, kindly follow the procedure below:
- Drop an email to [email protected] with the subject “Live Course Refund | Registered Email Id”.
- Give a valid reason for the refund.
- All refunds will be processed within 20 working days after deducting any payment processing charges (usually 2 to 3%).
